YO1Wellness Leeds

The centre is headed up by Steve Jarman who since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Therapy, has worked with the Sports Science Team at Bradford City FC & York City FC. As with the rest of the team, Steve creates fully personalised treatment plans for athletes, part-time gym goers and clients with occupational injuries alike, enabling each to return to full physical fitness.
